Rose practices Acupuncture, Birth Therapy for Adults, Birth Therapy for Babies and Young Children, and Archetypal Astrology Counselling - with a focus on understanding birth and early life experiences, archetypal experiences and transpersonal experiences of the Perinatal Matrices (BPM’S).
Rose has a particular interest in women’s health, preparing to conceive, pregnancy and postpartum, healing birth and challenging perinatal experiences, grief and perinatal loss, mental health challenges, processing emotions, trauma and physical symptoms associated with birth experiences and early life attachment wounding. Her interest in the field of birth and early life experiences is shaped by her own experiential understanding of birth and perinatal trauma, and the potential to heal the deep layers of pain in the psyche through the conscious processing and witnessing of our birth and perinatal experiences.
Rose welcomes people of all cultures, beliefs, gender identities, and neurodiversity in her practice. Her therapeutic approach is guided by an understanding that we all have an innate healing impulse within us which helps us on our journey to well-being and self-understanding. Her intention is to help facilitate a connection to this healing impulse, within a safe and relational therapeutic space. In her practice, she has a particular interest in working with mama and babies/young children using experiential tunnel play to help heal the birth experience and repair ruptures to the early bonding experience when separation occurs, or birth and the post-natal time was challenging for the family.
