    2 hr longer initial session: $220

Payment Policy

We have the following payment policy for sessions:

Sessions must be paid at the time you book an appointment if you are requesting an online session (this includes Birth Therapy or Astrology online appointments). We have secure credit/debit card payment as an option for this.

IN-PERSON SESSIONS IN OUR THERAPY SPACE

You have the option to pre-pay online when booking an appointment via secure credit/debit card. You also have the option to pay on the day of your appointment by bank transfer or cash. Payment is requested on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please note we have a strict cancellation policy. If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged the full payment of your session. Payment is due on receipt of an invoice on the day of your missed appointment. Consideration may be made if you are genuinely unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency, illness, or if you are pregnant and in labour. Please contact us to let us know if you are unable to attend your appointment at short notice.

If you think you will be late for your appointment, and you have not let Rose know, she may not be able to reschedule your appointment or offer a shorter treatment if she has another client booked soon after. For this reason, your appointment may need to be cancelled if you are running more than 15 mins late.

Reduced Cost Treatments

We offer the following reduced cost treatment for students and community service card holders. If you are wanting acupuncture treatment to help with mental health support, or if you have a health condition and you are unable to work full-time, you may be eligible for WINZ support to help cover cost of acupuncture treatment.
