BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Our practice is available by appointment only.

If this is your first time booking an appointment you will receive an email confirming your appointment and requesting you complete an initial consent and information form before attending your appointment.

Please make sure you agree to our payment and cancellation policy before booking an appointment.

If you are booking an online appointment where we meet via zoom, payment will be requested when you are making a booking. If you are booking an appointment where we meet in-person in my therapy space in Te Puna, Tauranga, you can make your payment on the day of the appointment via bank transfer or cash.

Payment Policy

We have the following payment policy for sessions:

Sessions must be paid at the time you book an appointment if you are requesting an online session. We have secure credit/debit card payment as an option for this.

IN-PERSON SESSIONS IN OUR THERAPY SPACE

You can pre-pay online when booking an appointment via secure credit/debit card. You can also pay via bank transfer, or cash on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please note we have a strict cancellation policy. If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged the full payment of your session. Payment is due on receipt of an invoice on the day of your missed appointment. Consideration may be made if you are genuinely unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency, illness or if you are pregnant and in labour. Please contact us to let us know if you are unable to attend your appointment at short notice.

If you think you will be late for your appointment, and you have not let Rose know, she may not be able to reschedule your appointment or offer a shorter treatment if she has another client booked soon after. For this reason, your appointment may need to be cancelled if you are running more than 15 mins late.

Reduced Cost Treatments

We offer the following reduced cost treatment for students and community service card holders. If you are wanting acupuncture treatment to help with mental health support, or if you have a health condition and you are unable to work full-time, you may be eligible for WINZ support to help cover cost of acupuncture treatment. For more information feel free to get in touch with us, or chat with your GP about what support might be available for you.
